The Club Haus is the former Tower House, a conserved two-storey bungalow on top of Mount Sophia. V-Zug and Bosch Kitchens, Marble Floors and a Smart Hub in Every Unit
The developer names a V-Zug cooker hood, induction hob and oven and a Bosch fridge and washer-dryer for the kitchens, and Hansgrohe and Axor fittings and Villeroy & Boch sanitary ware for the bathrooms. Floors are marble except in the bedrooms, studio, kitchenette and study, which are engineered wood. Every unit has a Smart Hub with a gateway, camera, voice assistant, digital lockset and air-conditioner controls.
