Haus on Handy is a 2-minute walk from Dhoby Ghaut MRT Interchange, where the North-South Line (NS24), the North-East Line (NE6) and the Circle Line (CC1) meet, and a 2-minute walk from Plaza Singapura. The Club Haus stands on top of Mount Sophia at 18 Mount Sophia, and landscaped paths and gardens link it to the residential blocks.
Haus on Handy Facilities: 25m Lap Pool and a Rooftop Sky Garden
Haus on Handy has 38 numbered items on its site plan, from a 25m x 7m lap pool on level 3 to a Sky Garden on the roof and the two levels of the Club Haus, and six ancillary items lettered A to F.
Level 1: Arrival on Handy.
Level 3: the lap pool (25m x 7m), pool deck, in-pool chaise, Spa Retreat, Vivarium Deck, kids pool, kids playground and outdoor rain shower.
Levels 6, 7 and 8: Nutmeg Terrace, Coffee Avenue, Clove Alcove, Areca Alcove and Garden Link.
Level 9: the Club Haus Arrival, BBQ pavilion, Club Haus, garden swing, lawn and amphitheatre.
Roof, the Sky Garden: the yoga lawn, Sky Fitness, rooftop lounge, Clove Deck, Nutmeg Garden and garden seats.
Club Haus, level 1: Premier Residential Services, the management office, Heritage Alley, and the Freeform Studio, Power Studio and Gym Studio. Club Haus, level 2: the Club Lounge, Club Visual, Club Gourmet and Club Suite, a pantry and an attic. Both levels have a verandah. Some of the Premier Residential Services are chargeable and are provided by third-party service providers.
Ancillary: a side gate, the guardhouse, bin centre and substation below the podium, the genset above Blk 30, and fire engine access.
Haus on Handy Fittings: Marble Floors and Induction Hobs
Haus on Handy has one specification for all apartments, with a few items keyed to unit type.
Kitchens: built-in cabinets with a quartz worktop, a sink and a mixer; a cooker hood, induction hob and built-in oven by V-Zug (the Type C3DK kitchenette has an oven cum steamer); and a built-in integrated fridge and a washer-dryer by Bosch. The kitchens of Types C1 and C2 have a timber framed glass door.
Bathrooms: the master bath has a shower cubicle with a concealed shower mixer and an overhead rain shower, a vanity cabinet with a basin and mixer, a wall-mounted water closet and a mirror cabinet; the common bath is the same without the overhead rain shower. Fittings are by Hansgrohe and Axor, and sanitary ware by Villeroy & Boch. Bathroom walls are marble and/or quartz.
Flooring: marble in the living, dining, kitchen, foyer and bathrooms, engineered wood in the bedrooms, studio, kitchenette and study, and tiles on the balcony and private enclosed space.
Ceilings: approximately 2.83 m in the living and dining areas and bedrooms of a typical storey, and approximately 5.03 m over the living and dining areas of the 12th-storey units of Blk 28 (over the living area only in Type A2b(d)).
Other provisions: built-in wardrobes in all bedrooms, the master bedroom wardrobe with internal LED lighting; a built-in display shelf between the living area and the master bedroom in the 1-Bedroom and 1-Bedroom + Study types; wall mounted split-unit air-conditioning; and an electric water heater to all kitchens and bathrooms.
The brands are those the developer’s printed material names. The developer reserves the choice of brand, colour and model of all materials and appliances, subject to its architect’s selection and market availability.
Smart Home: A Smart Hub in Every Unit
Every unit has a Smart Hub, with a smart home gateway with a built-in IP camera, a smart voice assistant, smart lighting control, a smart digital lockset that opens by card, pin, key or mobile app, a smart doorbell with a built-in camera and two air-conditioner controls. Green Mark GoldPLUS and Energy-Efficient Provisions
Haus on Handy was awarded Green Mark GoldPLUS in June 2019. Its provisions include low-VOC paint on internal walls, water-efficient sanitary fittings, energy-efficient air-conditioning and lifts with a regenerative drive, LED lighting with motion sensors, an automatic irrigation system with a rain sensor at 50% of the landscaped area, a pneumatic waste system with recycling bins, sheltered bicycle parking and a roof ready for solar panels.

The chart maps the 188 homes across 22 stacks in two blocks: Blk 28 (28 Handy Road), stacks 01 to 14 on levels 3 to 12, with 14 homes a floor, and Blk 30 (30 Handy Road), stacks 15 to 22 on levels 4 to 9, with 8 homes a floor. Blk 28 has 140 homes and Blk 30 has 48. Levels 1 and 2 of both blocks are car park, and Blk 30 has a landscape deck on level 3.
Stack 14 changes type partway up, from Type A2a on levels 3 to 5 to Type A2b above. The level 3 unit of 13 of the 14 Blk 28 stacks, and the level 4 units of stacks 17 and 18, are the (p) layouts, which have a private enclosed space where the typical unit has a balcony; the level 12 units of Blk 28 are the (d) layouts, which include a strata void.
